My most recent role extended beyond estimating. I was involved across the full commercial and operational lifecycle of demolition projects — from tender invitation and scope review through pricing, mobilisation, delivery support, variations, claims and financial closeout.

Commercial Tendering & Pre-Construction

Held full responsibility for the company's demolition tendering function, independently delivering 20–30+ demolition tenders per week from tender invitation and scope review through estimating, subcontractor procurement, commercial submissions, and tender negotiations.
